Do you offer in-person training?
No. Everything I sell is a written program, delivered as a PDF by email, with every exercise explained in writing and a printable log. The programs are written around Kelowna terrain but work anywhere.
What do the programs cost?
$69 to $89 CAD, one-time, for 8 to 12 weeks of training. By comparison, one-to-one training in Kelowna typically runs $70 to $110 an hour.
I'm over 60 and just moved to the Okanagan. Is this for me?
It is. A large share of the people who buy my programs are retirees. Okanagan Strong has a home version that starts with walking, balance and simple strength and builds from there.
What happens on wildfire smoke days?
When the AQHI hits 7 or higher, every outdoor session in the programs has an indoor swap, and I recommend dropping intensity for the week.
I'm a UBCO student. Do you offer a student rate?
Yes, on every program. Email me from your UBC address.
Can I still enjoy wine country and get fit?
Yes. I don't ask anyone to give up weekends in the vineyards. We plan around them: hydration, a morning session before the tasting, and protein at dinner. It works.
How do I get to Knox Mountain and where do I park?
The main lot is at the end of Ellis Street. Arrive before 8am in summer; the gate to the upper road opens later and the lower lot fills fast.
